If you are having login difficulties and can’t recall your password, follow the directions below to regain access to your account.
The Direct Health patient app is available for iOS or Android and can be installed from HERE – make sure you are trying to log into the patient app, not the provider platforms.
Please note the following:
- You must already have an existing Direct Health account in order to reset your password. New users should tap “Create Account” and follow the prompts to input their information.
- You must enter in the email address linked to your account. If your email address is not already in our system, you will not receive a reset email.
Step 1 – From the Direct Health home screen, tap “Log In”.
Step 2 – Enter in your email address and chosen password. If the password is incorrect or you can’t recall the password information, tap “Forgot Password”.
Step 3 – Enter in the email address associated with your Direct Health account and tap “OK”. If you enter in the wrong email or there is a typo, no reset email will be sent.
Step 4 – Navigate to your email inbox and locate the email sent from Direct Health. Tap or click the green button that says “Reset My Password”.
Step 5 – Enter in a new password of your choosing in the password field and then tap or click the “Change Password” button. Please note, your password must be at least 8 characters and contain a mix of letters and numbers. You can not reuse an old password. If the “Change Password” button remains grayed out, your password does not meet our requirements. Adjust and try again.
