Processing Fee Notice

For providers in the United States:

Our payment-processing partner, Stripe, assesses a 2.9% + $.30 fee on every transaction processed through Direct Health.

For providers in South Africa:

Our payment-processing partner, Peach Payments, assesses a 2.50 ZAR fee on every transaction processed through Direct Health.

In either case, Direct Health does not assess additional fees for processed payments on top of this.
