When you receive this error, both you and the provider that you are consulting with will be alerted. This error could be due to not having a card on file, incorrect credit/debit card information, an expired card, insufficient funds, or because your bank blocked the transaction. If your card number was entered correctly, is not expired, and you have sufficient funds but still receive this error, please contact your bank and/or use a different payment method. Click “Update Payment Method” to fix the error.
Additionally, you can try adding a new card, changing a default card, or re-add your existing card on file to resolve this issue. Once your payment issue has been resolved, you and your provider will receive a notification:
