COST

The app is free! Fees are subject to your doctor’s discretion. We see consults range anywhere from $30-$60 depending on your doctor’s specialty.

PAYMENT METHODS (USA & SOUTH AFRICA)

You can pay by credit card, debit card or your Health Savings Account.

In order to consult with your provider you will need to enter a form of payment or promo code (if you have one). To enter a form of payment, go to Settings > Payment.

*Consultation fees are at your doctors discretion.

MEDICAL INSURANCE

Currently, we do not accept medical insurance but we are in the process of discussing coverage with insurance companies. This should be available in the near future.
